How much does Home Try-On cost?
Nothing. We send up to four frames, you keep them for seven days, and we cover postage both ways. You only pay for the pairs you decide to keep.
How many frames can I choose?
Up to four in one try-on order. Four is enough to compare shapes properly without turning your kitchen table into an opticians.
Are the try-on frames prescription?
No. Try-on frames carry plain blue light filtering lenses so you can judge fit, colour and shape. If you need a prescription pair, order it once you have picked your frame.
What if I do not like any of them?
Send all four back within seven days using the prepaid label in the box. You will not be charged, and we will not chase you about it.
How long does delivery take?
Try-on boxes are dispatched within 48 hours and normally arrive in two to three working days across the UK.
30 days, no quibble
Love them, or it costs you nothing
If your frames are not right, send them back within 30 days for a full refund. We pay the return postage. No forms in triplicate, no interrogation.
