Who we are. This website is operated by DigiSurf Agency LLC ("we", "us"), the data controller for personal information collected through this site. Contact: hello@bluelightglasses.example.

What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and order details. Payment is processed securely by Stripe - we never see or store your full card details. If you join our mailing list we store the email address you give us.

How we use it. We use your information to process and deliver your order, to reply when you contact us, to handle returns and refunds, and - only if you have opted in - to send occasional emails about new frames and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

What we do not do. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except those needed to run the shop: our payment processor (Stripe), our delivery partners, and our hosting provider.

Cookies. This site uses a small number of cookies to keep your basket working and remember your preferences. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner, and clear them at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep data. Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Mailing-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. Under UK data protection law (including UK GDPR), you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@bluelightglasses.example and we will act on your request promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes. If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page.
