We are a UK business and we answer emails Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Message us at the weekend and we will get back to you first thing Monday - we are probably mid-box-set like everyone else.
Before you email, the answer might already be on our FAQ page - lens options, delivery times, returns and Home Try-On are all covered there. But if in doubt, just ask. We would rather answer a quick question than have you guess.
