The guarantee: every order is covered by a 100% money-back guarantee. If your glasses are not right - wrong shape, wrong colour, wrong vibe, no reason needed - you get a full refund.
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to return it. That is enough time to wear them on real calls, real sessions and in front of your most honest mirror.
We pay the return postage. Email us and we will send you a prepaid return label. Returning a pair of glasses should not cost you a penny, and with us it does not.
How to return:
- Email hello@bluelightglasses.example with your order number.
- We reply with a prepaid label - print it, stick it on, post it.
- Once the glasses reach us, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Home Try-On returns work the same way - the prepaid label comes in the box, so you can send back the frames you are not keeping without even emailing us.
