Delivery

We keep delivery simple and honest.

Free UK delivery on orders over £20. Spend £20 or more and delivery costs nothing at all.

Orders under £20 ship for a flat £5.99.

Dispatch: every order is picked, packed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday). Order on a Friday evening and it leaves us by Tuesday at the latest.

Delivery time: your order will arrive within 7 to 14 days of dispatch. Most orders land well inside that window, but we quote the honest range rather than the optimistic one.

Tracking: you will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it is dispatched. If anything looks stuck, email us at hello@bluelightglasses.example and we will chase it for you.

Anything missing or damaged? Tell us and we will send a replacement or refund you - your choice. You will not be asked to fill in a form the length of a tax return.
