We keep delivery simple and honest.
Free UK delivery on orders over £20. Spend £20 or more and delivery costs nothing at all.
Orders under £20 ship for a flat £5.99.
Dispatch: every order is picked, packed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday). Order on a Friday evening and it leaves us by Tuesday at the latest.
Delivery time: your order will be delivered within 7 days of ordering - dispatch included. That is a promise, not an optimistic guess.
Tracking: you will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it is dispatched. If anything looks stuck, email us at hello@thebluelightglassesco.co.uk and we will chase it for you.
Anything missing or damaged? Tell us and we will send a replacement or refund you - your choice. You will not be asked to fill in a form the length of a tax return.

How much is delivery?
Free on UK orders over £20, and £5.99 on orders under that. The threshold is applied automatically at checkout, and the basket tells you how far off free delivery you are.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours from the UK and normally arrive within two to four working days. You get a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently ship within the UK only. If you are ordering from elsewhere, get in touch before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How much does Home Try-On delivery cost?
Nothing in either direction. The try-on box ships free and comes back on a prepaid label, and you are only charged for the frames you decide to keep.
